    The other partners don't have to money to contribute to the JV,

    they stall company formation and pretend the JV deal never happened, while they try to raise money

    but NEM missed a clause in the agreement and now face forfeiting their 25% for a nominal price

    is that how you understand it @Mojave or @walkdontrun ?
