From my experience with SaaS companies a recurring revenue multiple of 5-10 is fair as they establish themselves, then if they become a key dominant player with a high profit margin, the multiple can easily increase to 15-20x.From memory Dexcom (NASDAQ: DXCM), who has done in diabetes, what we are attempting to do in asthma trades on a revenue multiple of ~20x (DXCM market cap of 22 billion USD)
