Norwood systems 2017ish were chasing banks to implement their technologies into their systems for data storage .(Compliance tech.,storing data in the cloud)spoken about at techno 2017 of which I was a very interested listener.

The compliance deals did not come to fruition.
Norwood systems was punished accordingly.
There was a capital raising done by pinnacle.,price edged up. Obviously as instos do.,they unloaded at a profit for their clients and the detriment of Norwood holders.,at the very same time.,a major shareholder in Norwood.,for whatever reason,known only to themselves,also dumped a considerable amount of stock on market,which these two corresponding events.,caused the Norwood sp to plummet to new lows.Hitting and now trading at new lows of around .004,with 2.7billion shares on market.

This is the speculative end of the market.
All specs raise capital through their shareholders ,brokers and institutions until they get the holy grail of a company making deal to generate their own revenue.Nothing new here.But somehow the shareholders who Obviously lost money on this no bank deals and selling.,now became the vocal minority.
Clearly as seen on share forums.,complaining about capital raisings adnausium (um,how else is a company supposed to keep money coming in,with no deals as yet?)
With this information in mind.,every investor,needs to take responsibility for buying in the speculative end of the market and not blame others for the risk they took on.
The deals didn't come to fruition,major holders sold.

Paul reinvented the company and clearly and susincly informed the market of a new company direction to be taken.
A webinar was held in which the former entrepreneur of the year and techno expert Paul Ostaguard talked,how the two newly employed sales executives, had found a new direction for the company to devote every resource available to Norwood.
With a new total focus and direction,Norwood systems would now be totally focused on the telco voicemail technology,of which Paul in the webinar expressed how interested the telco world were in his voicemail offering.
Still,in the background to these clear new horizons for the company.
The old guard of shareholders and old non holding holders flooded the forums,ignoring the new direction of the company,and constantly focusing on the past failures of the banking deals and capital raisings.
As if Norwood is the only speculative small cap to fail on an initial offering?
As if ,if you fail once,you can never redeem with another revenue deal from different avenues.(pfft).
Norwood very intelligently with no fuss successfully
consolidates its share registry.
Advises the market of interested parties in the telco industry,including a major global conglomerate Oracle,of which we are informed by as announcement we are in continued deep discussions.
The noise from the minority still crying from the bank deals ,still remains,capital raise,capital raise!
They didn't succeed with the first bank deals,therefore that automatically means Norwood can never succeed, and we will continue to look in the past.
Those that listened to the webinar,and follow the asx announcements made by the company,knowing the share registar is consolidated, see a very bright future and direction.
Starting with Spark deals and continuing and and by no means ending with Oracle and other telcos whom ever they maybe.
Also contrary to the sky is falling chicken little crowd.
Throughout these trying times on the asx,bushfires and now the virus,Norwood has held up very wellcompared to most other stocks.
The asx has endured ww2 vietnam sept11 wfc sars etc etc,we all survived,the asx survived.
People will still continue to use technology and phone services,of which voicemail is at the forefront of any telco.
When the doomsayers say the sky is falling.
We are rising to the cloud.
You better believe it.
Surely has to be close to fruition.
Personally,I was expecting around xmas,what will be will be.

Glass half full or half empty
I see the days coming when our cup runneth over,others see the glassabout to smash.
Capiatalism and the free market ain't over yet baby!
