If what you say is correct: "35% compounding interest monthly."

...that would be $10.8m x 35% x 3mths = $11.34m interest

According to the announcement the interest bill is $1m. See below...

"The Company incur interest of $1 million on the loan for the period 1 October 2008 to 31 December 2008."

So I dont think you are correct there.

Again, I ask you why do you care if you hold no stock?
Or is it that you want to downramp ady to buy in cheaper.

Perhaps you would get more respect if you disclose just what you are up to?
