    With what has been acquired and 'optioned up', a lot will depend on Bill Ryan and his holding(and that would be for sale as he is peeved with his fellow directors/retiring anyway), and the position of the CSFB private syndicate.-aren't they still the biggest shareholders?
    If both of these are amenable, it could be over in days unfortunately.
