In general, and after reading the FH release, I tend to agree with you FB. What concern's me, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, is that even if the claims under liquidation are successful, many of us (including myself) only get a return based on our October 16 portfolio values (my net position has been decimated by 80% since March 27). So it seems many of us are screwed either way.
