The only way to get a result is to get one's shares BACK. Put them in the proverbial "bottom drawer" and litigate whilst of-course "maintaining the rage" but in a smart way. If it takes 10 yrs so be it.
ANZ is a monster. Mike Smith wants it to go away without any fallout and minimal financial loss. ie (we wear the market risk from April to October but receive NO DIVIDENDS) Is that a joke? My God ANZ lacks any compassion at all!
