Excellent post and great points @Elusive Lahood and the only way we're going to know how all shareholders feel regarding this situation is to call for an extraordinary general meeting. An EGM a good way to remove whom you would like to remove and re-elect whom you would like to stay. We definitely have more than enough potential voting power on here (HotCopper) to proceed with an EGM. I think it may be a fair option moving forward in light of the latest disappointments. We've had three attempts now in the US:

1. SmartCoughC1 - failure
2. SmartCough-C2 - mixed ( but the share price tanked due to poor education surrounding the good results)
3. Failure to deliver FDA de Novo clearance. Yes the door is slightly ajar but how could we not have covered all bases especially with a top-notch firm like Experian group with a 99% track record.

On top of this further focus was put on Sanofi that thus far has got us nowhere. We have an epidemic on our hands and still no sales have been generated. Time and money has been wasted, I understand that it is not over yet as we are still talking to Sanofi and potentially going to re Lodge with the FDA at no extra charge but I'm starting to get a little bit sick of ifs and maybes, we need concrete sales to drive this company forward.

Then there's the OSA results that we have been sitting on for ages I mean for GOD sakes. This could be halfway and getting cleared by now but it still hasn't even been lodged!

Tony is a valuable asset but I feel that he is over stretched and should just be the CEO and not the MD. He needs someone who is a salesman who has the Kahunas to help him make the big decisions at the right time...

As far as the other directors are concerned with well Rodger and Chris do actually have some skin in the game but they really should be supporting the share price further down at these levels!! but Nathan buzzer, hmm he was happy to receive his options at the AGM which is contradicting his independence I don't see him as a valuable asset on the board and if anyone should go it is him IMO but I think shareholders need to decide..

My missus has been disgusted over the events that have occurred over the past week in this company and she wanted me to Echo her sentiments on here, yes change is in order.. we need to do everything in our power to preserve our capital and to sell this revolutionary technology, we cannot be dragging the chain especially not now when there is an epidemic, a crisis and we should be making a difference to play our part to help, but the company chooses to stay silent. What the Hell! Yes there is potential according to the report that I posted here last time and I feel there is a very good chance that it will transition. Remember:

That is big and there is evidence building that COVID-19 has a distinguishable coughing signature that is exacerbated. I feel that we could play a vital role here in the diagnosis of this life threatening virus. But has the board moved quickly enough?

The medical software works and it should be out there now making a difference.

I'm one of the biggest believers and longest investors in this company since it's Inception. I believe we will get there in the end and turn this company into an absolute unicorn, potentially working with governments, telehealth companies, pharmaceutical companies, you name it! In my opinion ResApp should be actively diagnosing upper and lower respiratory tract infections as well as sleep apnea whether that be via telehealth, triage or in the consumer healthcare market via the app store. We have one of the biggest disruptions in our hands (soon) since the invention of the stethoscope let's freaking use it!!!
Come on let's find TK some help!
