It is making international headlines how all the poor people that shop at the low socio economic group supplier Woolworths keep on fighting every weekend. It was Chullora last weekend, Bass Hill this weekend. Those on Sina Weibo are saying that the Coles in upmarket suburbs like Glen Waverly, Chatswood are packed, "chock a block" or full, while the Woolworths in upmarket suburbs are practically empty, not in downmarket suburbs like Bass Hill apparently where fights are infecting the entire store, see below:
A2M should increase their price to Woolworths so that their reputation does not get trashed by being associated with the poor person's stores.
It is a problem for COL as the downmarket poor socio economic groups that can only shop at Woolworths might go to Coles now that Woolworths has run out of most stocks of everything.
Woolworths is beyond selling groceries, it is now evidently from the footage becoming a fight club.Coles need to be careful the poor that shop at Woolworths don't transfer over to Woolworths and create the same chaos there.
As Woolworths CEO, Brad Banducci has lost control of the stores, lost control of the produce and lost control of the security. The Court cases should not just affect WOW sholders, the Directors and Board should shoulder the cost. IMHO WOW will get dumped tomorrow because of all these fights, underpaying staff, poor security, not enough supplies and general store chaos. In footage of the incident, posted to social media, a young man can be seen being led from the checkouts to the exit by Woolworths staff, before racing back inside.
Two men appear to get into a fist fight as shocked onlookers watch on in the packed store.

Police have confirmed they attended the store in Bass Hill just before 12.30pm today, amid reports a 54-year-old man was assaulted.
No arrests have been made, but police are continuing to investigate.
Woolworths said it was aware of the incident and doesn't tolerate violence of any kind.
"We're grateful for the efforts of our team members to calm the situation down and pleased none of them were harmed," a Woolworths spokesperson said in a statement.
"Our team members are doing the very best they can to serve the needs of the community, so we ask customers to be respectful to them, and each other."
