Great announcement, increased ownership in a valuable asset ($71m of equipment) and project.

I liked, “We look forward to providing an update in the near future regarding the progress of our project with an emphasis on financing.”

Makes me think that this acquisition was strategic and paving the way for finance through another entity (BEI obviously not the ones to find finance, as was their purpose).

Person who dumped on open will spitting chips in the near future imho.
