Some of your statements leave me in total bewilderment!

This company does not miss a few announcements!!!! It misses the really important ones or is very late with them! You know, the annual report and six monthlies! And just to add to the problems, WFE has been in a continuous “voluntary” (cough, cough) suspension for ~21 months.

When is / was the Dec-2019 six monthly due?

This post is not intended to “bag” WFE as such, it is in direct response to your bewildering posts!

So no, my previous argument(s) and fact(s) is (are) not aimed at any company that misses a few announcements! Just companies that miss the deadline for the big important compulsory releases.
