two, you are 100% correct on that point, without a doubt, but that in itself may not help you?

I started looking at AVH simply because we had someone come to another company that I am invest in and came along and started bagging the company, it was before Phil King came along and told us that he was going long on AVH and Shorting XXX, I believe the person involved is connected to Royal, but that is just my opinion mind you?
But I did start looking seriously into AVH after that, they do have a product that works, I am not disputing that, but it is very costly!
If I were in AVH which I am not and my disclosure shows that, I would be more than a little concerned, there are some things that if my money was in here would make me think twice.

One is that the CEO hasn't really supported the company recently, clearly shown by him selling some shares that were given to him as freebies for performance, the first thing he does is sell some to pay taxes? the bloke is on some really good money as CEO anyway? surely he could have afforded to pay for the taxes instead of selling down?

Secondly, I don't know if you have noticed that in the last six months or so that there have been a number of very important operations that didn't use recell, OK one was where Prof Greenwood used his own skin cell tech and used a bioreactor to replace Epi- Dermis cells on a severely burnt patient, yes not really an area where re-ceel is required, but then along came White Island in NZ where Avita offered their services, but were told they weren't required , from what I am hearing the results of some of the work done on those patients was amazing! that tells me that there is something else in play here?
Avita are on a mission to expand their applications of re-cell, but probably at the worst possible time, they need to get their house in order and start becoming a profitable company first IMHO?
Which they are not yet or so it seems, they are in the valley of death, why would the company start looking at other applications and spend money of R&D before they have become profitable, would that be due to the fact that one patent runs out in 2022, is this an important patent that may open pandora's box?
There are a few things that make me think there is desperation in the moves that your CEO is undertaking.
You can thank Keepsmiling for alerting me to this share!
