just read this recent post. sure good point, but their contracts are many years long ( think they said often 5 yrs is their avg term). don't know their details though. but as you say, if govt is required to inj cash into such AKL airport, there is no chance they will cut essential services. the population surrounding airport's remains important
if it's bus and usual this is a classic example of a wonderful business being oversold. in 9 months the 5-6m loss will be at breakeven as CEO saves that in cost redn on the integration. no need for cap raising - then without a single factoring of extra sales it will be racking in 55m ARR. any dollar of sales created over that will be at 60% net margin.
