After sanding back the small Sea Lion and reapplying oil for the fourth time (it never sat well and kept falling over most weeks) I got another piece of Sheoak and made a base for it.
I still have to sand/oil the disc and straighten it up and I think I may put some felt under the stand to take the tiny wobble out?
