1.6m will last them for 6 to 8 weeks. So will a j.v fund them for 3 to 4 years on a 10m year wage cost so
that's at least 30 to 40m on wages just to get the 2.2b plant up. They need a j.v parenter or they just gonna sell out. Ethier way newscshoukd be 4 weeks away.
