Have lost patience with this company's poor results.

Every month there are maintenance issues and some form of repairs going on that are hampering production figures.

They can't seem to string together consistent results which is pretty poor in my view. Is it because the equipment is outdated and clapped out? Is it the fact that they hire all local workers? I suppose if you pay peanuts you get ... well I won't say that in case I'm accused of racist comments but you know what I mean.

Who is in charge of quality control on the ground to optimise production?

I'm putting in my sell order.
