    I have invested in many start up's in the past and it's very difficult to get that breakthrough. It's even harder in the conservative water space. To launch a new application like MABR, and remove an entrenched MBR proven technology which has worked for the last 20 years; it's paramount to choose the right markets to launch it, and then the right partner. To top it off, you have to raise the right team of people who are able to execute the plan.

    Building the right team is the hardest part of it all. They must have the right people on the ground who can resolve all technical issues as and when they crop up. The production team has to resolve production bottlenecks and supply chain issues. The sales director has the most important role. Without him to assess where the decision makers are in the hiererachy and then pitching to them, nothing will get off the ground. Each province is culturally different. There is just no cookie cutter approach. We just don't appreciate how incredibly difficult the task has been to get to this point.

    Now, the validation has arrived. Finally, the world has come to recognised iTest and how innovative they were to integrate various technologies and come out with a solution. Unless we recognise the level of difficulty, we will never know the pride of achievement. Now, iTest has to roll this out to the rest of China, assuming the counterparts in rest of China will not impede because of jealousy. But if they win the award, that would certainly help with credibility of MABR, FLC and iTest.
