You can add to that list the fact that they have yet to source a new CEO. Since acquiring the AP companies, their focus has changed to one of a licensor. Jim stepped down as a CEO becuase that is not his area of expertise (a pity because I thought he brought a great deal of competence and knowledge to MWC) and they have been searching for a suitable CEO in the States. Without having read the whole prospectus, I don't remember seeing anything about that in there.
