    to be honest, if he can get a cornerstone large investor it would alleviate alot of my concerns on balance sheet, but it is going to dilute us massively i think. But if they can raise at 10c as opposed to 5c that would be a much better result in terms of dilution. We will see what valuation he can get to raise
