The deals that our management have finalized so far are pleasing to say the least.

I have no doubt that our management has also spoken with the other interested parties before we took the $600k for the exclusive option to come to a MUTUALLY acceptable arrangement.

It seems to me that we are in the better bargaining position here since we have what they want plus their c.$600k down payment plus they know we have at least 2 other parties wanting in. Of course I'd best not forget to mention that we are in the middle of a drilling program which may give us an even better bargaining position & raise the bar further in the near future.

As a holder I expect nothing less than hard bargaining from our management:)
