Yep again great input from you.

I hypothetically have been thinking about the $1.5 billion dollars that LNC received for Theresa Coals???

Now lets assume we let in any farminee TODAY knowing that the CBM looks like being PERHAPS (hypothetically) Australia's BIGGEST for now. What value do we place on this discovery?
$5 billion, $10 billion,...... $100 Billion- say over a 10 years discovery period?
Anyways we all obviously would have a figure in mind knowing NOW that the PEDIRKA CBM discoveries are BIG.
So Lets say (hypothetically) the farminee GIVES CTP initailly 5 BILLION dollars (Paid over say 5 years) for a 20% BUYIN of all of CTP drilling lands plus CTP still keeps 80% of all discoveries.
Now does that still sound fair?? Only just Hypothetical?

Anyway I think JH could be thinking along those lines for now or am I TOO GREEDY or to CHEAP???
