Or, it is a free market choosing to buy and sell to suit their strategy.
Odd that one never hears a complaint when a price heads in the desired direction. It can head north buy a factor of x and that would fine, no doubt. Perhaps even price discovery would be the explanation!
I think an objective educated judiciary would have a laugh at your expense. This is the stock market, caveat emptor.
