    Some good thoughts there Rawk, but what happened to IMC in point 1 of the deal?...paid out and fobbed off before Jan 1? (a task for an incoming major perhaps)...and they also have an option over the shallows.

    Seems to me like IMC have written themselves into this SC one way or another, and have tight timeframes to assist in this endeavour.
