I'm sometimes classed as an epidemiologist although I'd say data analyst/modeller is more accurate.
I any case I'm following the unfolding of this pandemic with a good deal of background knowledge.
I'm very disturbed at the volume of uninformed and inaccurate commentary here by amateurs.
Both upside and downside. This is a serious issue and random speculation risks promoting either indifference or panic.
PLEASE refer to the data/advice provided by those that DO have a clue.
