1. How did trials go in UK

ANSWER - very slow. Fired UK rep. He was lying. He is under psycho treatment. They are suing him. They are very sure in the near future they will provide services to UK.


2 otc approval ?


Answer - they are not pushing it as much as everything else.

1. FDA for patch

Answer - second half of this year.




Yacov - “ approvals taking longer than expected. Patch submitted for CFDA already. CFDA are coming back 6 months after submitting asking them to add additional features such as defibrillator circuit.” They were asked to redesign the product and resubmit for clearance. This request was never in the CFDA requirements initially.


“When patch gets FDA it will be the best product on the market in the USA”

1. Were test results in CFDA Prizma positive?

Answer- “would you think we would submit negative results?”


“The results were more positive than the gold standard which itself isn’t always accurate”

1. Why aren’t you sharing device results with tests for approval.

Now Yacov is getting angry “ why should we share every result with you?!”


Also he cannot share CFDA results prior to approval otherwise they will be kicked out of China. He has never shared results for any of his 42 approvals etc.
