ydney - Wednesday - October 8: (RWE Aust Business News) -
Stockland (ASX:SGP) has raised $300 million in a placement to
institutional investors of 56.6 million shares at $5.30 each.
The proceeds will be used to strengthen its balance sheet by
paying down debt and for funding of ongoing business activities.
The placement will reduce Stockland's gearing by around 2.3pc.
