The Morgans report, p2 points to a $21m gap in funding, perhaps to be filled with a grant.
Everything has changed with the coronavirus, not all to the bad.
Government now needs to spend like a farmer with his wool cheque. This is $600m shovel-ready economic activity in FNQ, plus interconnect $130m. $10m each from Qld and the feds is small change with tangible benefits compared to the tens or hundreds of billions about to be spent on corporate and household welfare.
GNX trading at 9.1c. No visible means of support. I think this will change, though I am not prepared to place a bet on it.
