I only follow this peripherally, but it's definitely on my list to buy once the dust settles and assuming the next 4C is okayish. Does anyone know if Fid was able (or even allowed) to move funds into safe-havens (or shorting) at the start of this downturn? If they didn't, or couldn't, then wouldn't they be hurting roughly in line with the share market? Sorry, I know next to nothing about how funds are managed and rules around that.
