Forgetting about the remaining cash needed that I think will come from debt anyway.
The big/immediate question to ask is:
When are DNK holding their EGM for shareholders to vote on the remaining equity investment of US$28.5m at 60cps that AFC are contractually obliged to put in?
Maybe now they will just put the vote at the AGM instead?
(which obviously I'll be voting for!)
So can you ask that question?
When is the vote happening Todd?
So two scenarios:
1/ AFC put in the cash at 60cps which means probably/hopefully rebound in share price to 40c at least.
2/ AFC renegotiate at 20cps which means share price drops drastically.
Behind the scenes, AFC are probably talking to Eritrean Govt to just take us out anyway at 60cps.
A sad end, but I'd take it.
