I'd rather the company hold onto the funds (if they need it), then have to raise emergency cash or go out in these credit challenged time to fund operations.

Yep and should have been in a trading halt two days prior. I even tried to phone the company yesterday to no avail to ask if or when they planned on giving us an update, ended up sending a message through the website but of course no one got back to me!
What authority can we make an official complaint to Steve?
