Nothing special here, as always the Independent report will be a "somewhat biased, and independent".
Bias or no bias, it will be more objective and professional than any independent report. Plus of course it leaves the IPM management with some time to continue running the business throughout this distraction, for the benefit of all shareholders including COE.
