One thing that may be a problem ,probably will be a problem is the corona virus it has not yet gone mainstream in Africa according to reports on the tv this morning , if it does unfortunately for them I don't think they have the infostructure to handle it .
Italy has proven what a problem it can be and they have a modern healthcare system.
For the foreseeable future I think all bets and predictions and brickbat throwing should be be put on the back burner for the whole lithium industry.
