Well I sold most of the last of my stocks today, something I should've done weeks ago.. Instead, I held on & held on thinking that this must be the bottom, surely.. Now, how many people like me are left, or was I the last one holding the bag.. I didn't need to sell, but I was too scared to hold any longer, so I sold at any cost.. They say when people are selling at any cost, that's a sign that we're near the bottom.. Could be, but I wasn't prepared to lose another 20% in short time.
I still hold THX but have never owned UMC. Reason being, I wanted some diversification (Iron ore, Nickel, Uranium). Now Nickel is stuffed & probably not enough money in the bank to keep exploring for uranium (unless they sell their UMC stake). I hope they put a hold off all spending until the markets start turning again.
