Explanation on price drop, page-45

According to a good mate of mine this is the biggest transfer of money from the poor (ma and pa investors) to the rich in the history of the planet. Large institutions have ridden the stock market down by shorting and now they have decided they can pump it up again. Then they will dump it again and so it will go until some cure/vaccine is found.
If this is true it is very ugly and would need some controls over shorting in the future.
