Finally the clowns have left the stage. Could have been done 14 months ago as reccommended by some of the shareholders and saved the company $1M in wasted salaries and board fees but at least its done. Now that DXN has a small board of proper adults and all of the deadwood staff foisted on the business before the CEO took the reigns have resigned, its time to get behind DXN IMO. The modular business is booming, the Sydney DC works as engineered and the Tasmania deal looks solid and capital-accretive so my view is that at $7M market cap its about 200% under-valued.
