For what it’s worth I think requesting an EGM is an enormous mistake. Did you guys wanting a board spill actually read Taurean 7 s post? We are in the midst of a PANDEMIC. TK cannot go to China , most companies are now represented by a couple of people on their computers. And this is not just short term. We are in the biggest danger on the planet because we are going into winter. How are you geniuses going to call an EGM when group gathering over 100 people are banned. And in the near furnture we will be in total lockdown.
