Pay vendor in lieu of 100 million shares @ 0.005 plus $100,000 = $600,000

Big capital raise seems very likely here now as the company seems hell bent proceeding with this site and I’m not sure the company can risk going back to the shareholders for project support .

It seems to me both finance and shareholder support are massive issues here !
