The drop in the Australian dollar also impacts the dilution required for the equity proportion of the debt funding,

We all know there were 25mil options @35c, which would have raised 8.75mil AUD = around 6mil USD,

With the fall of the AUD and WKT's SP,
the $6mil USD equity proportion of the loan will need around $10.36 Mil AUD.
Based on Today's SP (15c), WKT would require to issues = 69 million new shares.

WKT was in a position where they could have raised all of the funds to develop Lindi directly from shareholders after the AGM (no loan).
IMO with a lack of vision, the SP has dropped significantly where this option is no longer viable.

BTW, if there is a global recession, demand for all products will be dramatically reduced.
Not just the Vanilla market.
