been out and don’t have my model in front of me but recall it was around EV of $330m NZD, with FX changes recently to US/NZ/AU pairs should be +/- $10m. I used $80k B2C online per day with a 50% drop in 12 months then increasing 20% CAGR. DCF inputs are WACC 10%, 3-5% terminal growth and contracts in year 10 to renew/continue but 3-5 year contracts to drop to nil. No new contract wins priced in.
