Hasn't most of these presumptions already been dispelled? Most of the news coming out of China is stating companies are tenderly starting to produce again. Coal consumption for power generation is at 58% of what it was before the Lunar New Year. The biggest threat is a second wave but on face value China seems to be showing the World how it is done.
