TCG, could part of that remuneration package include an ATO "deemed" value of free OPTIONS awarded. The ATO has a way of "valuing" such according to the Black and Scholes formula ... u remember those guys, caused a 15 percent drop in the DJIA back in 1997 when they capitulated Long Term Capital Management's 6 billion bucks cap and almost triggered a one trillion buck derivatives domino back then when they got a Russian rouble play call wrong using some "foolproof" formula they won a nobel prize for haha ... bit like what the investment banker stooges have done recently bringing the global financial system to its knees with their own modified versions of such foolproof maths formulas in defiance of Mother Nature haha. If so, u will find the poor buggers have probably had to pay tax upfront as if they received that deemed value as an income in the year of receipt and now actually LOSING money on their free options ... which they then probably exercised and are losing even more ! So maybe that FIRST figure in the sequence is what CASH they have actually been paid and probably dipped even more for the tax man upfront. Havent checked but suspect that is the case ... it AINT industry standard ... this aint wall street ya know haha.
