The DOW goes down on liqudity tightness, DOW improves when potential for liquidity improves.

Because of BNB need for credit, this same line of reasoning affects BNB.

Till, credit and liquidity improves, or at appears to, DOW and BNB are in trouble, IMO.

Look for LIBOR rates etc, to ease, for this to happen.
