its hard, but try to relax - there is blood on the streets everywhere you look, and its not just aru - this company has surged from 30c to $2.20 before, and imho it will again - didnt dines value it at $1.80 about 12 mnths ago based on the resource thats in the ground (which is only getting bigger each time we turn over some soil)
so much doom and gloom and negative rubbish - gf, pirra, juk and others have ALWAYS said that this is a long term play - if you dont have patience and are looking for immediate gains - you are in the wrong stock - if you have done your research then hang on for the ride of your life when this thing gets up and running..........
