Answer: No. Intranet is more important than ever for work at home. 2. Has there been any take up of your offer to provide the CYCL product free for companies during the crisis? It has only been open 1 day or 2 days , depending on time zone. We have had 11 inquiries in first 24 hours. We will be getting our hands around who has a significant enterprise need and how to prioritize. 3. Is it really free? It is really free. If anyone has a crisis need to communicate with employees working from home or keeping employees up to date with information on their smart phones.....because shortage of laptops in the worst affected areas in Europe.....we will turn them on for free. They can choose to terminate at end of crisis and that is fine with us. They can also explore a longer term solution at that time, but it will be a very soft sell. We are not seeking to take advantage at this terrible time. We are in a very long term mission to help organizations and this is the way that we can help right now. We have always provided our school product for free and we have always provided Live Smile for free. Reputation is important for employees and customers. 4. How does it affect your cash runway? We will likely not be doing some marketing events that we otherwise would have been doing. We are doing customer meetings online rather than in person. We will pull various cost levers if we see our customer organizations focused on other things than finalizing a decision about software. The cash runway remains secure and we have options to reduce cost base if necessary. This is a longer term salutary reminder of the importance of the intranet and the importance of having all the right tools for employees to work together online. It was a less than 10 minute call. He was very busy. My Personal viewpoint : Economies world wide will slow and June/September quarters will flip places in terms of software sales with Sept stronger than June. The exception will be at home working software, which will be through the roof in March/April/May. Obviously this includes LVT but they are currently giving a significant portion away for free, and I suspect that turns into subscriptions in September.. but just guess work at this stage.mmunication and Employee Engagement Solutions for Disrupted TeamsCommunication and Employee Engagement Solutions for Disrupted Teams

Hi VMK This is a very reassuring Post. Im glad that you are able to access Company officers and take the time to pass on your findings to fellow shareholders. I have just viewed the LVT website and seen the 30 webinars and information presentations provided online to help those affected by the virus and are working online. This will not only make friends but will undoubtedly bring Livtiles to the notice of many who would not have previously know they existed. How to make the most of a bad situation. Their strong ethics are also demonstrated by how they are responding: Good to see, Tamborine
