    Love him or hate him, I don't think we can put all the blame on one man, for all the present problems.

    The quote is 42 years old. I'm sure he has learnt a lot since then. I'd love to see some quotes from HC members in 1966. Gold standard was gone when he first became chairman in 1987. He was working with what he could.

    Greenspan has concerns about many, many things, yet he didn't have the authority to change policy.

    I'm sure he did the best he could at the time. We all make mistakes, he is no different.
