    I would not be putting too much faith in what MGX have to say,they are a Chinese owned Trojan Horse with an agenda to push."IO piled high at Chinese Ports"is a bit theatrical for me.The govt still run Chinese businesses and could easily co-ordinate a campaign of percieved slowdown before going to the negotiating table
