    I'm a bit concerned about the unknown details of FAS' financing arrangement with Walthamstow Pty Ltd, the 9m shares they have pledged as security.

    Will FAS get a margin call, and at what price?

    This time Portman can't be there to buy the complete 9m shares if they get liquidated OPES style.
