    But can you please explain. Its increasingly frustrating that people say APT won't survive this but without any quantitative analysis.

    Yes people will default. Yes transaction volume will decline dramatically. So what? Afterpay is well capitalised, money that would have been spent on expansion can we used as a buffer to absorb credit losses and operational expenditure. Liquidity isn't an issue obviously since less people will use their service.

    I just need someone with better accounting knowledge than me to assess how long APT can dig into their capital reserves before they need to do a raising. This analysis would have to include cost cutting measures such as stopping advertising, non-essential travel (well that's been stopped for them) and delaying their expansions into other markets (which is completely fine as other BNPL companies won't be doing that either so there isnt a risk of losing some geographic locations to competitors).

    Anyway all in my opinion. Still waiting for some one to crunch the numbers.
