Gary, this is the reply from Vita Group regarding my email to them re what I felt was highly suspicious trading just prior the announcement of the dividend cancellation. Its a fairly vanilla reply, with the share price dive "masked" to an extent by overall market volatility. But as we ( HC posters) noted, it was nontheless very anomalous trading even with this backdrop.

Thank youfor your email.
Weunderstand your disappointment, however as outlined in our ASX announcement, the Board determined that the cancellation of the dividend was in the long-terminterests of VTG, and therefore its shareholders, to protect the businessduring the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
As youwould be aware, the market is experiencing significant movements right now, which are outside of Vita's control.
Please beassured that VTG understands our disclosure obligations and has acted inaccordance with this at all times.

So looks like there it will rest.
