Not sure of all the calcs there but the cost of production is very low.

I thought it was $400-450 per ounce. Not sure if it was AUD or USD. If it is AUD then all the better ads the AUD to USD exchange rate is $USD 0.65-0.70 cents to 1 AUD with the recent drop in our currency, so there's a huge increase in profit right there.

I just hope these guys are in full swing production wise, when all the money that has been pumped into the monetary system (US in particular) blows off in a huge inflationary way, then you'll see the POG rocket.

By the way it looks like the central banks have stopped leasing out their gold reserves(to each other) for fear of the next bank defaulting. What do you think is going to happen when the demand is there but there is no supply. Shares tied directly to gold production will go up in orders of magnitude compared to the POG itself.

Have a look at what happened in the 70's.
Good luck all longs in this terrible market we're in.
